DELIVERY OF ITEMS

PREPARATION TIME

We need 1-5 business days after receiving your payment to prepare your order.

Once the payment is confirmed, your order will be sent by courier. We will send you an email to give you all the information you need as soon as the shipment is ready. In case of problems during the execution of orders, you will receive an email with complete information. If we are unable to make the shipment, we will notify you immediately and the specific amount will be refunded with the notification.

Our warehouse is located in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, between 9 am and 5 pm.

For orders over BGN 400 in Bulgaria, delivery is free. You can also pick up your shipment from our store in Sofia, 18 Oborishte Str. Without additional delivery fees.

We work together with Econt Express and DHL, whose couriers will bring your order to your door as quickly as possible or to a convenient office of the courier company. The service works well for the majority of the world’s population, but keep in mind that if you live in some regional areas there will be exceptions to delivery times. Delivery takes 1 to 3 working days after shipping the product.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

LILIAN EDWARDS (FRISH & ASSOCIATES LTD) performs international deliveries. We use only DHL for international shipments.
International delivery is calculated automatically when ordering and can be selected as an option Delivery in the order upon confirmation.
There are no customs duties for orders sent to European Union countries. The prices are with VAT.

For countries outside the European Union, they do not have to pay VAT. Customs duties for those countries not included in the price of the goods; it may be that the consumer has to pay them after receiving his order, taking some local taxes where applicable.

All international customers are responsible for the customs and tax duties applied in the import regulations in their own country. We will announce the purchase price paid on international shipping documents, which includes a commercial invoice for customs purposes of all transactions.

Delivery times depend on the location of the buyer. The conditions are from 3 working days to 10 working days depending on the distance to the buyer’s address. Delivery takes place within 2-4 working days for most countries in Europe, as well as 6-10 working days in the rest of the world.

Also note that a signature is required to take your order.

APO / FPO / DPO SHIPPING

We apologize that products will not be able to be delivered to Mailboxes and Military Addresses (ARO, FPO).

THE ORDER WAS NOT DELIVERED DUE TO THE CLIENT’S GUILT

If the order is not successfully delivered to the user’s address, for some reason depending on him (not in person at the address, wrong phone number, wrong or incomplete address, disagreement with import regulations, etc.), as a trade agreement with LILIAN EDWARDS FRISH & ASSOCIATES EOOD), there may be a risk that the order will be returned to LILIAN EDWARDS (FRISH & ASSOCIATES EOOD) and is at the expense of the consumer, including all import fees that may be charged at the time of entry into Bulgaria, in case shipments from outside the EU. These costs will be deducted from any reimbursement.
Delivery costs are not refundable for uncollected items.
Returned shipments for uncollected products may be subject to additional taxes, costs or fees collected by customs or other countries, which will not be refunded by LILIAN EDWARDS (FRISH & ASSOCIATES EOOD).

THE ORDER WAS NOT DELIVERED DUE TO LILIAN EDWARDS GUILT (FRISH & ASSOCIATES LTD)

If for any reason the fault is with LILIAN EDWARDS (FRISH & ASSOCIATES EOOD) and it is not possible to deliver the ordered items within 30 days after confirmation of the order, a new delivery date will be offered to the user. If this new date is not convenient for him, for some reason, the User may terminate the contract without being charged for any cost or fee. The user will be refunded all amounts paid in the meantime, within 30 days of termination of the contract.

INSURANCE

LILIAN EDWARDS (FRISH & ASSOCIATES Ltd.) insures every purchase on the road, it is in transit until it is delivered to the consumer. All orders require a signature upon delivery, at which point the responsibility for the shipment passes to the User.

RETURN

You as consumers have the right to cancel the ordered goods within 14 working days of receipt of the goods in case they are not used except for a sample (functionality of the goods, matching size), the integrity of their packaging is not damaged and preserved the commercial type (all labels, stickers, etc. must be on the goods), in which the conditions under Article 55 of the CPA were received.

If for any reason the consumer is not satisfied with the order, he may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order, as well as a refund of the amount paid in the meantime. However, the consumer will be required to pay for the delivery.

Swimsuits (bikinis, swimsuits, shorts, swimsuits, etc.) and underwear (pants, overalls and boxers), as well as reusable protective masks are always delivered to the user with a protective hygiene tape. For hygienic reasons, the consumer cannot terminate the contract of each of these goods. The consumer will be notified, when purchasing any of these goods, before the completion of the order, of the rights of the restrictions of this resolution.

In order to exercise his right to terminate the contract, the User may communicate his intention to LILIAN EDWARDS (FRISH & ASSOCIATES EOOD), namely:

By e-mail to shop@lilianedwards.com, he describes his intention to terminate the contract, giving the order number for this purpose. If the User does not want to terminate the contract for all products in the order, he describes in detail which product he wants to return.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Upon receipt of a request for termination of the contract, LILIAN EDWARDS (FRISH & ASSOCIATES Ltd.) will confirm to the User and send the coordinates of the shipment, return, together with RAN, a product return form, which allows the return of the product. The user must proceed with the return of the product within 14 days of receiving this email, otherwise LILIAN EDWARDS (FRISH & ASSOCIATES Ltd.) will not feel obliged to accept the termination of the contract.

If the goods have not been received by LILIAN EDWARDS (FRISH & ASSOCIATES EOOD) during these 14 days, the User can contact by e-mail within 72 hours and will have to prove with documents that he has made the return of the goods to the specified period. If the user does not prove it, LILIAN EDWARDS (FRISH & ASSOCIATES EOOD) reserves the right not to accept the contract to be canceled.

When returning goods, the User must make sure that he clearly marks the return of the shipment, “returned goods” of any customs or postal forms, as well as on the outside of the package.

The goods must be checked by the couriers, so please do not close the box beforehand.

Additional duties, taxes and / or additional fees (s) that the user may incur will not be refunded by LILIAN EDWARDS (FRISH & ASSOCIATES EOOD).

In case of return of all or part of the order LILIAN EDWARDS (FRISH & ASSOCIATES Ltd.) will refund the amount paid by the user (excluding transportation costs).

Labels must remain intact and attached to returned items. The product (s) must not have been worn, washed, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use.

Items must be returned with all original labels, packaging and other accessories (paper labels, bags, hangers, boxes, etc.) received with the order.

Shoes and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged and / or altered or used.

Complaints must be packed.

The return of LILIAN EDWARDS (FRISH & ASSOCIATES EOOD) by courier must originate from the same side of the original shipment.

Returned products must comply with return rules.

The products must be returned unworn (except for the sample), unwashed, unwashed, not ironed, unused and undamaged.
Products must be returned with their identification with the original label still affixed.
The products must be returned in their original box.
Tights, socks, swimsuits, underwear, bikinis, jewelry, sunglasses, accessories are not eligible for return;

RECOVERY

Recovery will be processed within 14 days after the date of receipt by LILIAN EDWARDS (FRISH & ASSOCIATES EOOD), of the returned items and the relevant quality control.
LILIAN EDWARDS (FRISH & ASSOCIATES EOOD) will not accept returned goods that do not comply with the terms and conditions of the return policy. These items will be returned to the sender at the original shipment address, at their own expense.

For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers for about 10 days, within their next statement. Processing time may vary depending on the credit card company.
Orders paid by PayPal or by bank transfer will be refunded to the original account.
In the case of orders paid by bank transfer, the User must indicate to LILIAN EDWARDS (FRISH & ASSOCIATES EOOD) in writing, the IBAN of his account, so that the amount can be refunded by bank transfer.

EXCHANGE

If for some reason the consumer is not satisfied with the order, he can also exchange goods within 14 days of receiving the order.

In these cases LILIAN EDWARDS (FRISH & ASSOCIATES Ltd.), no additional transport fees will be added to the new delivery.
In order to exchange goods, the User must log in, in his personal part on the site LILIAN EDWARDS (FRISH & ASSOCIATES Ltd.), and following the instructions, complete the exchange by choosing as soon as possible another size / color.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Complaints of defective products will be accepted only if the goods have been damaged upon delivery to the consumer. LILIAN EDWARDS (FRISH & ASSOCIATES Ltd.) makes every effort to inspect products for defects before they are shipped for delivery.
LILIAN EDWARDS (FRISH & ASSOCIATES EOOD) reserves the right to request photographic support in respect of defective or incorrectly delivered goods before allowing a refund for full reimbursement.
All items returned as defective will be inspected upon receipt and no products deemed to be subject to wear will be considered defective.
Damaged items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same amount, subject to availability. If the User does not wish to be sent a replacement, and chooses a refund, he must make this request clear to LILIAN EDWARDS (FRISH & ASSOCIATES EOOD).
Requests for the return of defective goods must be made to LILIAN EDWARDS (FRISH & ASSOCIATES EOOD) within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Refunds of defective products will be made within 30 days of receipt of the returned products.
In the event that LILIAN EDWARDS (FRISH & ASSOCIATES EOOD) is unable to offer a replacement to the consumer, he will have a refund of the credit / debit card of the original buyer used to order the value of the goods at the time of purchase.

RETURN OF PRODUCTS IN PROMOTIONS
All sales of promotional products (those with a lower price) are final. Replacement or refund is not allowed.
