Shipping & Returns

We need 1-5 working days after receiving the payment on our accounts to prepare your order according to our numerous orders every day.
Once the payment is verified, your order will be sent on for shipping; we will send you an e-mail to give you all the necessary information as soon as the package is ready to be sent.
In case of problems during order fulfillment, you will receive an e-mail indicating the details of the issue, and, if necessary, our request for further information.
Our warehouse is based in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, between 9 and 17.
Our FREE Standard Delivery Service is automatically applied to all orders made from Bulgaria.
We work together with Econt Express Delivery Service to bring your order to your door as quickly as possible. The service works well for the majority of Bulgaria residents but please note if you live in certain regional areas there will be exceptions to this delivery time frame. Its take 1 to 3 working days delivery time.
LILIAN EDWARDS ( FRISH & ASSOCIATES LTD ) ships internationally and we use EMS Bulgarian Post, Interlogistica and TNT Delivery Services.
International delivery costs 15 Euro and can be selected as a shipping option at the checkout.
Customers in Europe
For orders shipped to countries of the European Union, there are no customs duties. Prices include VAT.
Customers in the Rest of the World
For countries outside the European Union, you do not have to pay VAT. Customs duties for these countries are not included in the price of the item; it may be you have to pay them once you received your order, such as certain local taxes, when applicable.
All international customers are responsible for the customs and tax charges applicable to their own country’s import regulations. We will declare the purchase price paid on international shipment documents, which includes a commercial invoice for customs purposes for all transactions. For further information, please contact your local customs office or view their website online. 
The terms for delivery depend on the location of the Buyer. The terms are from 3 working days to 25 working days depending on the remoteness of Buyer’s address. Delivery takes place within 2-6 working days for most countries in Europe, and 10-20 working days in the rest of the world.
Please note that until your order arrives in your destination country, clears customs and enters your country’s postal network service you will be unable to use your order tracking reference number for some of  Delivery Service Providers. Please also note that a signature is required to take delivery of your order. 
We apologize that P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) cannot be delivered.
If the order is not successfully delivered to the address of the user due to any reason imputable to him (no person at the address, wrong phone number, wrong or incomplete address, disagreement with import regulations, etc..), as per the trade agreement with LILIAN EDWARDS ( FRISH & ASSOCIATES LTD ), there may be the risk of the order is returned to LILIAN EDWARDS ( FRISH & ASSOCIATES LTD ) at the expense of the user, including any import fees that may be charged at the time of the reentry in Bulgaria, in the case of shipments from countries outside the EU. These costs will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.
Shipping costs will not be refunded for uncollected items.
Return shipment for uncollected items may be subject to additional taxes, costs or charges levied by customs or other parties, none of which will be refunded by LILIAN EDWARDS ( FRISH & ASSOCIATES LTD ).
If for any reason imputable to LILIAN EDWARDS ( FRISH & ASSOCIATES LTD ) is not possible to deliver the ordered items within 30 days after order confirmation, a new delivery date will be proposed to the user. If this new date is not convenient for him, for any reason, User may terminate the agreement without being blamed for any expense or charge. User will be refunded all amounts paid meantime, within 30 days of termination of the contract.
LILIAN EDWARDS ( FRISH & ASSOCIATES LTD ) insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to the User. All orders require signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes the User.
If User has specified a recipient which is not itself for delivery purposes then he accept that evidence of a signature by them is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by LILIAN EDWARDS ( FRISH & ASSOCIATES LTD ) and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
If for any reason the user is not satisfied with the order, he can withdraw the contract within 7 days of the delivery of the order, and be refunded of all sums paid meantime. However, user will be charged of the cost of the shippings.
The beachwear (bikinis, bathing suits, shorts, swimwear, etc.) and underwear (panties, briefs and boxers) are always shipped to the user properly sealed with a protective hygienic tape. For hygienic reasons, the user can not terminate the contract of any of these goods. User will be warned, when purchasing any of these goods, prior to completion of the order, about the restrictions rights of this resolution.
In order to exercise the right to terminate the contract, User can, by any means, communicate his intention to LILIAN EDWARDS ( FRISH & ASSOCIATES LTD ), namely:
By email to the address shop@lilianedwards.com, communicating its intention to terminate the contract, and for this purpose, the order number supplied with the order confirmation. If User do not want to terminate the contract as to all the items of the order should also discriminate the references of the articles covered by the contract rescinded.
After receive the request for termination of the contract, LILIAN EDWARDS ( FRISH & ASSOCIATES LTD ) will confirm to the User the resolution, and will send the coordinates for the return shipment, along with the RAN, making possible the return of the product. User should proceed with the return of the product within 14 days from the receipt of this email, otherwise the LILIAN EDWARDS ( FRISH & ASSOCIATES LTD ) will not feel obliged to accept the termination of the contract.
If the goods are not received by LILIAN EDWARDS ( FRISH & ASSOCIATES LTD ) during this 14 day period, User will be contacted by mail, within 72 hours, and it will be asked to demonstrate with documents that he proceeded with the return of the goods in the indicated period. If User does not demonstrate it, LILIAN EDWARDS ( FRISH & ASSOCIATES LTD ) reserves the right not to accept the contract rescinded.
When making a return, User must be sure to clearly mark the return shipment as “returned goods” on any customs or postal forms and also on the outside of the package.
User should send the return with the courier indicated in the email sent by LILIAN EDWARDS ( FRISH & ASSOCIATES LTD ), and must write the Return Authorization Number on the Airway Bill, on the outside of the box and complete the AirWay Bill as per the instructions in the RAN e-mail (The Courier will provide the AirWay Bill to complete upon pick-up), and please ensure to fill in and enclose the returns form when returning the good(s) to LILIAN EDWARDS ( FRISH & ASSOCIATES LTD ).
The goods to be returned must be checked by the courier, when picking-up, so please do not close the box before it.
Additional duties, taxes and/or any additional charge(s) that User may have incured, will not be refunded by LILIAN EDWARDS ( FRISH & ASSOCIATES LTD ).
In case of return of the whole or part of the order LILIAN EDWARDS ( FRISH & ASSOCIATES LTD ) will refund the amount that User has paid (excluding shipping charges).
The Security Tag must still be intact and attached to returned items. Item(s) must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use. 
Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories (paper labels, dustbags, hangers, garment covers etc.) received with the order.
Shoes and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment.
Returns must be packaged in the LILIAN EDWARDS ( FRISH & ASSOCIATES LTD ) box.
Pick-ups for all authorized returns with LILIAN EDWARDS ( FRISH & ASSOCIATES LTD ) courier account numbers must be originate from the same country of the original shipment.
Returned items must conform to our returns policy.
Items must be returned unworn (except for try-on time), unwashed, un-ironed, unused and undamaged.
Items must be returned with their identifying tag and original label still attached.
Items must be returned in their original box.
Tights, socks, swimsuits, bath-suits, Bikini, jewelry, sunglasses, accessories  are not allowed to be returned;
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the receipt by LILIAN EDWARDS ( FRISH & ASSOCIATES LTD ), of the returned items and the respective quality control.
LILIAN EDWARDS ( FRISH & ASSOCIATES LTD ) reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent with the same courier as specified in the email detailing the return instructions. If an unauthorized return is accepted, LILIAN EDWARDS ( FRISH & ASSOCIATES LTD ) will deduct a 10% administrative/re-stocking fee from the refund.
LILIAN EDWARDS ( FRISH & ASSOCIATES LTD ) will not accept returned merchandise that does not follow the terms and conditions of the returns policy. Such items will be returned to the sender at the original shipment address, at his own expense.
For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in approximately 10 days and within their next billing statement. Processing time may vary depending on the credit card company.
Orders paid by PayPal or by bank transfer will be refunded to the original account.
In the case of orders paid via Bank Transfer, User must indicate to LILIAN EDWARDS ( FRISH & ASSOCIATES LTD ) in writing, about the NIB/IBAN of his bank account, so that the amount can be refunded by wire transfer.
If for any reason the user is not satisfied with the order, he can also make an exchange of goods, within 14 days from receipt of order.
In these cases LILIAN EDWARDS ( FRISH & ASSOCIATES LTD ) will not add additional charges for shipping of the new item.
To make an exchange of goods, User should access the order in its personal area of ​​the website LILIAN EDWARDS ( FRISH & ASSOCIATES LTD ), and follow the instructions to complete the exchange as soon as possible to reserve another size/color.
Articles may be exchanged when an article of the same reference is available in another color or another size. The exchange for items of another reference is not currently available.
Once the exchange items are received and checked, the new items will be shipped immediately.
As in the exercise of right to terminate the contract, all additional duties, taxes or any additional charge that User may have, will not be refunded by LILIAN EDWARDS ( FRISH & ASSOCIATES LTD ) in the case of exchanged items.
Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to the User. LILIAN EDWARDS ( FRISH & ASSOCIATES LTD ) staff takes every effort to check all the goods thoroughly for any faults before shipping them.
LILIAN EDWARDS ( FRISH & ASSOCIATES LTD ) reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees.
All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed to subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability. If User do not wishes to be sent a replacement, and opt for the refund of paid amounts, he should make this request clear when accessing its personal account on LILIAN EDWARDS ( FRISH & ASSOCIATES LTD ) about the fault.
Requests of return of faulty goods must be made to LILIAN EDWARDS ( FRISH & ASSOCIATES LTD ) within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Refunds for faulty items will take place in a 30 days period after receiving the returned products.
In case LILIAN EDWARDS ( FRISH & ASSOCIATES LTD ) cannot offer a replacement to the User, he will have a refund to the original purchaser’s credit/debit card used for the order in question to the value of the item at the time of purchase.
All sales of Sale items (those displaying a reduced price) are final. No exchange or refund will be offered against Sale purchases and the Returns, Refunds and Exchanges conditions will not apply.
